01 Use of the Service
Venuelingo captures audio from speakers, transcribes and translates it in real time, and shows translations to attendees. You agree to use the Service only for lawful conferences, events, and meetings you are entitled to organize or attend.
03 Attendee Privacy
You are responsible for informing attendees that their session is being transcribed and translated.
04 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized access.
05 Prohibited Uses
- Recording individuals without any required legal notice or consent.
- Using the Service to transcribe or translate content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
06 AI Translation Accuracy
Transcription and translation are AI-generated and may contain errors. Do not rely on Venuelingo for medical, legal, or safety-critical use.
07 Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
08 Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
09 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
